Methodological caveats
Country of birth is a DIFFERENT dimension from citizenship, measured on a DIFFERENT codelist. A Cypriot citizen may be foreign-born and a foreign citizen may be Cyprus-born, and the two codelists here do not even use the same codes for the same country (birth code 6 is Germany; citizenship code 6 is Poland). They are separate concept schemes on separate observation columns so a page cannot conflate them. Naturalisation moves people between citizenship categories without changing country of birth. District codes follow the 1..5 scheme, not 1891213E's.
