Methodological caveats
A half-year with no published value is a gap: not zero and not suppressed, because the country had no statutory minimum wage in that period or Eurostat has not published it. Some values carry a Eurostat missing-or-estimated flag, so not every value is equally firm. Cyprus had no statutory minimum wage before 2023, so every half-year before 2023 has no value: that is not zero and not suppressed, the concept did not exist. The first eight populated half-years are 940, 940, 1,000, 1,000, 1,000, 1,000, 1,088 and 1,088 euro. At least one of them carries a Eurostat missing-or-estimated flag, so not every value is equally firm.
